NPV is a national vertically integrated real estate investment firm built on discipline, not trend-chasing. For nearly a decade, we’ve acquired and developed more than 50 assets, and today we manage $600 million in assets with over $500 million more in active development.
We target middle-market submarkets with real, durable demand, where supply is constrained and new competition is hard to build. No complicated financial engineering, just straightforward advantages: room to grow rents, efficient debt, and consistent, on-time distributions.
