For our typical value-add projects, the team sources and acquires outdated properties with in-place cash flow at attractive yields to create future value for investors. With its vertically-integrated capabilities, NPV can reposition the property, generate higher revenue and lower operating costs by improving inefficiencies and implementing updated finishes and amenity upgrades.
